Deliverables: 1) Complete and appropriate translation in electronic form, or in printed form if requested by the Buyer;
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-use condition, as follows:
a. For documents intended to keep the initial layout in the translated form: Deliverables must be formated similary to the original document.
b. For other documents: Deliverables must be in an electronic document format agreed by the Buyer and the content must not be locked for further editing and/or copying.
3) All deliverables will be considered work made for hire under International / Local Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased (Unless agreed otherwise previously).
